Nope! Visa sig. approved for $4,000 limit with Citi!
I called their reconsideration line to ask for a CLI to $5,000 but the representative informed me that it was in fact a visa sig. I had been approved for!
I just received an approval email from Citi after speaking with one of their representatives this morning.
Enjoy your Citi® Platinum Select® / AAdvantage®Visa® Signature card.
Dear DesertLife,
Congratulations! You've been approved for the Citi® / AAdvantage® card as of 01/26/2013 with a revolving credit line of $4,000.

AAoA is 1.4 years, and all the cards I had before these two are in my siggy (and these two have now been added).
Sweet congrats!
hmm not bad at all you are doing an excellent job for 1 year and 4 months. Congrats!! cant wait until my sister can qualify for prime cards like Hyatt Visa SIGGY thats her main target. Enjoy your two new cc's
Thanks. Oldest card is 7.4 I think....so all the new accounts are what has really dropped it down, plus an old account (Sears) had dropped off about a year and a half ago and that would have been 12 years and really helped the AAoA. I never used it, had them send me a new one, never activated it, and they cancelled it b/c it was inactive. Wish I could have saved it just to keep AAoA up, but didn't know or think about it at the time. I called to re-activate it, but they told me I'd have to re-apply.
