They gave me my second lowest APR 15%, there is no instant approvals from them apparently all APP's are manual review but I was approved and they matched my highest CL of 6k at the time, they are now my highest CL after AMEX CLD me to $2700 from $6000. Yet they gave me the auto-CLI to 7.5k, and I got a Chase Slate card and 3 new INQ in December. So new credit doesn't scare them. Haven't called there customer service yet, no reason. Rewards are typical of Discover cards ( before "Discover IT") came around, have to spend X dollars before you get a 1% cash back, there is a sweet spot for rewards but if you want rewards skip the Discover card. Perhaps when I get my UTL back below 10% I may look at another of there cards if offered.
That is why I picked their Platinum Edition Visa. I have enough rewards cards, and their rewards are nothing special.
Its is nice to have a good, high CL low APR no rewards card.
And I am originally from Omaha. They are very popular bank around the area. I do have a savings account with them, but I never use it. There is like $50 in there.
