I could be wrong but I'm fairly sure I called the backdoor number for GE bank to get a boost on my credit on a weekend at night even. Grant it, I got someone who sounded like they were from India but I still got them.

Just dont pay atention to some po that are out here just to start a fight.They are open and yes they work over seas.I just posted my online credit account picture so whatev er evidence they want

I usually ring customer service on the weekend and always get someone with an accent. I was under the impression that had no United States customer service.

Most General Electric Capital Retail Bank credit limit increases are soft pulls, no matter how frequently they are requested. People have reported that Care Credit is always a hard pull and I believe another one as well. They alwas soft pull Transunion for most other cards.
