Instant Approved MCU (Municipal Credit Union in New York) Platinum

I don't see this card a lot even in these forums, so I'm adding my data point. I applied this month and got instant approval for $10,000 CL Visa Platinum card. I got it mainly for the low APR when I need a balance transfer or a large purchase that I won't be able to pay off right away. I believe they only pulled TU, which Credit Karma has at 761. FICO TU score from my Discover statement last month had it at 732. They said it was instant approval, but needed my last paystub from work before releasing the funds, just FYI. 

Starting Score (07/2011): EQ 706 TU 709
Current Score (6/2013): EQ 740 TU 732 EX 740
Goal Score: 750+ on all 3
