Interesting...I just called the number on the back of my card on 17 Feb 2014 and got a SP CLI of $500.

True, my limit was just increased with a sp as well a couple of days ago.  I've had the card since August.  Just wait until your statement cuts right at the 6 month mark and try again.  Thats what I did to make it 6 months exactly.  

Rebuilding Phase- First goal, cross into 700 on all three CR's
As of 2/22/2014- EQ FICO: 684, EX FICO: 696, TU FICO (Walmart): 711
First 700 achieved, two more to go!
