You just call the number on the back of the card and choose the option or whatever that tells you your balance and the automated system will tell you at the end that you have "up to 1 million dollars available" blah blah blah. You never talk to a CSR.

If you mean my current CL , it's $300.

Trying to get it up. And the automated system only tell me that no payment is due, that's it.

Re: Macys CLI

While on hold for a supervisor,I logged on my Macys account and saw that i have an option to request a credit line increase. If I try this one, would it be a soft?

Hmmm that is strange... I Logged in and I did find the CLI link but when I click it, it says that it is for the Amex account only not the store card and further more I have scrolled up and down the page 5 times and it never even mentions credit pulls, hard or soft, just says I will hear shortly at e-mail if I click to submit.

Wouldn't they either have to e-mail me and say, can we pull hard? or what? seems weird its not instant either.

Re: Macys CLI

I just spoke to a supervisor and she confirmed it is a soft pull. I just got a CLI from $300 to $2000. Holy Cow I'm speechless.
