I started at $500 limit on the store card, and exactly 12 months later , I am at $10k, with their visa. usually during the holidays, they will give you an auto CLI, mine jumped to $1500, then I called and requested $5k at 9 months, and then 10k at 12months, and also asked to be PC'ed to Visa. Each phone call was a few short minutes, and always soft pulls. great customer service, always.
