I believe they did a hard pull but a $2,200 increase (from $300 to $2,500) was worth it in my opinion.  The small ding my score took vs. the long term benefit of no longer having a cc with a low limit more than makes up for it.

No pain no gain. Congrats on the CLI.

Finally a cli with Orchard Bank!! Been with them for  over 3 years and been on a stand still with them @ $520cl. I emailed the EO, they called back and said they'll look into it. I checked my account this morning and receive a $230 increase. It's not much but at least it's moving forward!! Just happy to be acknowledge that I'm a valued customer!!

I would wait until the transition is complete, otherwise it is going to be a hard pull. If you are like me (only had mine for 3 years though), agree to the HP and on only get $100 increase...

NFCU CashRewards $13.5k | AMEX BCE $9.5k | Lowes $17k | Sportsmanss guide $5.5k | Chase Freedom $1k | Discover IT $1.4k |
Walmart $8k | Gordman's $1350 |

Re: Orchard CLI Increase success!!!

Original poster here...I e-mailed Cap1's EO. They in turn sent it to Orchard. My Orchard Visa has been showing up as Cap1 on my CR for a couple of months now. Hope this helps.
