Ridiculous App Spree Success

Closed on my house last Tuesday.  Lender FICO scores are in my signature.  Aside from my mortgage pulls I was down to 1 inquiry on Equifax and no inquiries (12 months) on Exp and TU.  No baddies. I went on a ridiculous spree.  AAoA 1 Year 8 Months.

Pre Spree - 13,550 revoling limit - 2 vehicles at 13%

Navcheck - 7500

NFCU Visa - 3,000

NFCU MC - 1500

Cap One QS - 850

Cap One Plat - 700

Post Spree - 86,750 revolving limit - 2 vehicles at 1.24%

In this order:

Ashley Furniture - 4000, recon to 4800

Lowes - 3000, recon to 10000

Discover IT - 4500

Amex BCP - 1000

Chase Freedon - 6000

NFCU Visa - CLI 3000 to 22000 (Instant/Soft)

Expedition Refinance - 13.9% to 1.24% with DCU

NFCU MC - CLI 1500 to 22000 (Instant/Soft)

Fusion Refinance - 13.9% to 1.24% with DCU

Citibank Hilton Reserve - Got Pending asking me to call in with more info.  Call, placed on hold, denied.  No questions asked.  Wouldn't discuss.  Will recon further when I get letter (most likely all the new inq's)

DCU Platinum MC - 7500

The huge Navy Fed lines should keep my utilization looking healthy and help with some nice CLI's from Discover, AMEX,and Chase over the next year.  A lot of hard work over the past 2 years and it's exciting that it's starting to pay off.

Re: Ridiculous App Spree Success

I just asked to refinance my vehicle. They gave me 1.74, reduced to 1.24 for agreeing to open a checking accout with direct deposit. I heard people complain of multiple hard pulls, but it has been 4 days and so far i only see one pull for membership, checking, cc, and 2 car loans.
