More than a year since I app'ed. Was eyeing for Freedom & an Amex card (which I were denied in the past) due to thin credit file & number of inquiries. My credit went very bad for last year, almost maxed out every card...I tried and worked hard to pay them back and somehow managed to pull the util under 30%. Initially I set 20% util as target to begin app'ing but couldn't control my itch and went for a mini app spree yesterday (11/09/2013) in the below order:
1. Chase Freedom - Got decision pending, called them and after clearing few security questions, approved for 3000.00 CL
2. Amex BCE - Instant approval. Called CSR to know the CL (2000.00)
3. Amex Costco - Decision pending message, called CSR again after cleaing few security questions, approved for 1200.00 CL
<<mission accomplished but couldn't get over the excitement...so went for CITI TY Preferred>>
4. CITI Thank you Preferred - Got decision pending but was approved for 6500.00 through online chat.
The scores in my signature bit outdated. Here are my latest scores & inquiries:
1. Equifax FAKO 674 - Inqs in past 12 months: 0 - Total Inqs: 10
2. Transunion FAKO 625 - Inqs in past 12 months: 0 - Total Inqs: 12
3. Experian FAKO 682 - Inqs in past 12 months: 0 - Total Inqs: 9
4. Credit Karma - 623
5. EQ DCU FICO - 647
6. TU Walmart FICO - 664

7. Discover More - 800/1000 (paid off but not not reflected in the report)

Total balances was around 4000/13500 (The balances I mentioned above are approx.)
I am looking forward for Discover More CLI.
Let me know If I can go for any other card. Right now, I am looking for a decent miles card, only criteria for me is annual fee, which I can't afford more.
My credit was in a bad shape in the past. But I learned a lot from this forum and can able to make right decision, I thank everyone in this forum for that.
