So I went to check for my new FICO TU score but it wasn't posted yet so I hit the luv button and got the message that they couldn't process my request now. Came to myfico and searched walmart cli to get some courage to call the credit solutions. Call them and requested 3,000 from 900. Approved!!! I opened the card back in April. Only charged a total of 200 dollars to card during this whole time.

I've used the F out of my Walmart card because the limit is $400. When you factor in gas and groceries it is very easy to hit that number. My biggest complaint is that my payments take a few days to post which leaves me in the dog house. I was approved for the card on 4/14/13 and I'm not sure that less than 3 months is an ideal time to ask for more credit but I may hit it for the heck of it.

WELL 13 seconds after that post I decided to do it anyway and it said "We apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot approve credit limit increases ONLINE for this account". I wonder if that means I have some sort of B grade store card like the Best Buy one. I was lucky to be approved in the first place so I am not upset about it but i guess at the 6 month mark I'll call in to customer service and explain that I'm tired of making 2-4 payments a month because of the limit.

You can try again in 6 mos if you desire. Generally speaking, GE likes to see how the current credit limit is managed before they grant CLI's. the consensus is after the 4th statement for each CL.
