Thanks guys, for all the replies! It does feel pretty awesome to FINALLY break that darn 5k barrier. I was EXTREMELY surprised that, out of all the lenders, Citi would be the one to do it. I was Expecting maybe a 3k or 4k limit TOPS, So I am pretty darn excited!

Wow! Congrats!! Citi is bipolar, I swear!
From the stories I have read, that seems to be very true! I read where people were getting denied for to many Inq's when they had <10 and i have almost 20 lol. Citi is def strange but right now they are Def in my good graces....for now anyways. Hopefully this will be the start of a great relationship between Citi and myself.
And just a note to others: there have been numerous posts of people wondering how to break free from "toy limit hell", I, myself, was stuck there. Just 5 months ago my highest CL was $600 and the others ranged from $300 to $500. So in just 5 short months my highest limit went from $600 to $6000, and my total revolving credit went from $1250 to now around 16K. CAP1 was honestly the first one to give me a break and finally increased my CL from $300 t0 $3,500 making that my Highest CL and that was only like 3 weeks ago. You just got to find that one lender who is willing to go past the others and give you your first big break, in my case it was CITI, who almost doubled my current Highest CL. Also, Gardening and getting your scores up play a big role in that as well! It def can be done.
Congrats very very impressive!
Great increase. Im on your heels next year
