Wow! My first 10K card instant approval!

I'm pretty sure you need to close the Zync before going for anything else from Amex.  I had one too and ran a lot of money thru it but kept getting declined.  Closed it, let the next statement cut saying it was closed and then app'd for a Green Charge and an Everyday card.  Both approved, NPSL and $5000 respectively.

Thanks for the information about the AMEX. Maybe that's why I was declined last January?

I could really use two AMEX cards backdated to 1/2012.
