7-10 Day message on Sallie Mae Mastercard

Just applied and got the message. Says it is under further review. I have 7 inq on my TU but still thought I would be approved. Is this an auto denial or are they just doing a manual review? My TU Fico is 737.

Current FICO Scores EQ 782,TU 755, EX 754

AMEX BCE $24k, Quicksilver $10k, Venture $13k, Sallie Mae Mastercard $8.3K Chase Freedom 5k, Discover IT $3.4k, Kohl's Charge $2.5k, Capital One Secured $801

You should call. Not sure if they are in at this hour, but if not definitely call on Monday. Even if it's a denial they are pretty fair with recons. Good luck!
