So in the past when I tried for a AMEX BCE, it was denied because of a Chap 13 being on my reports. Since then it has been dropped from all three so I decided to try again for the BCE on 3/3/17 which was denined again for the BK. So far there have been no HPs showing on my reports, so I'm thinking that they based their decision on a earlier AR that still show the BK. Is it worth to recon it or just try again in 90 days?

Has it been 30 days since your last denial? If not, they won't HP you again, and will automatically deny you.
Actually just shy of 90 days. Last app was on 12/9/2016.

I was about to say "yes of course", when I noticed from your sig that your EX is lower than AMEX would like it to be. Do you know what's holding it down?

I have no clue. The BK is gone, there is one negative that is showing on all three reports but the other two jumped up into the mid 700's. My total utilization over all cards is around 6%, 100% on time payments since I started rebuilding my credit in March 2015.
Did you burn them in the BK?? If not I assume you apped too closely to the last denial. Especially since you got no HP. That does seem like it is looking at the last pull. I would also say to go ahead and give them a call!
I got BCE and Delta with an EX of 690/685
Called in to do a recon and the guy I spoke with stated that he wasn't willing to do anything since the reason was the BK. I asked if they based it on a HP or a SP because Ex didn't show the inquire and the BK no longer shows on any of my reports. I was told that they did do a HP and the info about the BK came from a company named Cas Detail (????) a subsidiary of EX. So at this point, I guess I'll wait a couple more months.
