All-
I had an AMEX Zync account that unfortunately fell past due because of a family situation. After about a year or so, I contacted AMEX and their colleciton agency (Nationwide Credit, Inc.) to pay the balance in full. Once the payment processed and posted to the account, I received a letter from AMEX saying that I have the opportunity to "Regain Card Membership" and was qualified for an AMEX Optima account. All I have to do is complete the small appication and mail it back,.....but to what address?
Does anyone have the address this application needs to be mailed to? The application has a deadline of July 10, 2015.
Please advise - I've contacted AMEX and the collection agency and have received multiple adresses to mail this to.
Here is a picture of the letter:
I would take the offer..

I understand- but should I mail it back to the address at the top of the letter, or is there a different address?

If I were in your shoes, I would simply send it to the return address at the top of the letter.
I second that. I would definitely mail it back to the Amex return address at the top of your letter.
so i did indeed call one of the back door numbers.
For anyone that faces this scenario, the correct address is:
American Express
Specialty Handling
4315 South 2700 West
Salt Lake City, UT 84184
