I had the same problem today. I wonder why they did that. You can't even get a prequal through the creditcards.com match tool.
I know this may seem like an obvious question but did you delete your old cookies and browsing history first before going incognitio? I just wiped my Firefox browser and tried the pre-qualify page and it worked like it did before (didn't redirect me to login).

I tried that for safari, chrome and firefox. I still get redirected to the login page. I went to pre qualify page, entered info and then it redirects to the login page.

Same for me. It asks me to login. But, I got an offer for the PRG in the Amex Offers area. 💁🏽
