Amex Everyday Approved and close the BCE...

yes i was approved for this card with 5k limit.

my question is can i transfer my BCE credit limit ( 4,3K ) to this new Card and close the BCE?

AMEX only allows moving CLs from cards that have been opened for >12 months.

As whitesol says, it's where you are transferring it FROM that matters age wise, not the target card.

Actually it's 13 closed billing cycles on donor card. Just went thru this trying to move some limit to an older Delta card from a younger Hilton card. Called to recon and CSR told me 13 CLOSED bills on Hilton and it will be auto approved.
