Everyone pulled EX (648) or EQ (642) except for Old Navy who pulled TU (635).
His reports have 9 baddies from student loans that are 6-6.5 years old. He also has a few lates from ~2 years ago. No bankruptcy.
His credit limits were $1,300 up to this point (Capital One and Fingerhut); Also had ~12 positive accounts reporting (no active loans).
Current utilization under 30% on all bureaus.

Old Navy: Denied
