I was doing some bill paying this morning and when I logged into my BOA account I was greated by this in my Special Offers link:
Is this legit? I already have a BOA 123 Rewards. Should I run for the hills?
It specifies an APR rather than the range for that card (10.99-20.99%) so I'd say it's legit. Not a particularly interesting card though.

I agree on the card not being interesting at all!
sounds like a real offer for you but hardly best rate among all bofa cards! they are offering 16 months or something on all my partners current bofa cards and his rate is 10.99 after that.
but if you need to BT right now, 15 isn't bad!

That's what I was looking at the BT for 15 cycles

then id probably go for it.
Is that really their lowest APR? That's awful.

NO, but it's not their highest!
B of A always blows smoke about their "lowest rate possible" - I have that exact card at 12.99%. It's nothing special, but may be useful if you plan to take advantage of the 15 month BT.
The 0% for 15 months is ok. But after the 0% offer is up, it is a useless card.
But why not try for the Better Balance card instead. The BBR has only 12 months of 0%. But they will give you $100 each year as long as you are paying more then the min. (Or $120 with a BoA checking account).
