Here are a couple backdoor numbers for Chase. I dont know if they were already posted so im posting these if anyone would need them
800-432-3117 Appears to be a general entry point
800-955-9060 Fraud investigations
877-470-9042 Credit Card Applications Verification / Fraud
AMEX 1-800-576-8942 - I called real quick just to see what it would be listed as, and the recording was hard to understand but it sounded like New Accounts? Didn't go any further.
Was chatting online with a rep about how long it takes to re-request a CLI after a denial for a new card(requesting the day you get the card), which they replied 60 days. Anyways, they said I can call the above number & get the request looked at again(I guess a CLI recon for new cards), but it would reset the 60 day clock if denied again, so I'm guessing you should call the above number the same day you request a cli on the new card & get denied.
My card is already a month old so I'm not calling, but figured I'd stick the number in here since I don't see it on the list.
Chase Verification/approvals.
I am 4 for 4 with this phone number a chase rep left in my voicemail one day.
1-800-303-4735
Direct to the rep, nothing automated and they decision the app right there.
Only used on my co-branded chase cards though..not on my freedom unlimited.
Hello! I was just denied a CLI by BoA, and I was hoping to appeal it and provide some circumstancial information that might help swing my favor. Before I do so, I had a few questions:
1. There's a lot of numbers listed in the OP - could someone tell me which one is the one I should be using? From the list it looked like it may be one of these:
BofA: 800-421-2110 – Customer Satisfaction
BofA: 888-991-8222 – Customer Satisfaction
BofA: 866-811-4108 (Credit analyst - existing cardholders) ~myjourney
BofA: 866-618-4585 (Sr Credit Analyst) ~corymcdd88
2. Has anyone recently called BoA and appealed a CLI denial? Any advice or thoughts? I've never appealed a decision before and any help would be appreciated!

I tried calling this number. But it asked for an extension. Can you tell me which extension you used?

You can add this one:
AMEX retention line 1 (800) 452-3945. Goes straight to the retention team.
It took me 4 minutes to get them to shave off $200 from my platinum card annual fee.
Nice.. Thanks for sharing.
Would like to confirm that the Bank of America line for 800-601-3923 is indeed for personal credit cards too.
They reactivated my applications which were considered closed because they thought they were duplicate apps.
BofA: 888 221-6262 (New Accounts Analyst) - Credit_hawk
No longer a working number. It states that and then hangs up.
(Mod Action-Upon verification number deleted)
