I'm afraid to say it but it looks like Capital One's EO contacts are no longer useful.
The email address RF@C1 (Not an actual email but the abbreviated format of it) no longer accepts emails and the phone number works but you get what is essentially the very same basic customer service you would get if you call the main customer service line. What I mean by that is...you get someone who speaks English as a second...or third language that is most probably in another country...that may or may not be halfway around the globe. Before when I called I would be assisted by someone who spoke as if they have lived in the states all their lives. This is no longer the case. It looks like the only thing I liked about Cap1 is no longer provided as a benefit.
FYI the number listed for Capital One EO is accurate - 800-955-1455 - Thank you !

I don't think that department is available to us anymore.
Does anyone have a recon or credit analyst number for the Ally card from TD Bank?
