Every time I called I was redirected to a "cruise line" deal or a "Walmart" gift card, for which I was asked to pay for...
Just an FYI, but this number - Cap 1: 800-707-0489 - is just the regular automated system, it does not get you to Senior Escalation.

I applied for a personal credit with US bank on Friday. I received an email stating additional verification may be needed. I called the 800-947-1444 number and spoke with an agent. She advised me because I have too many accounts I was denied and that they want to see payment history. This makes no sense because I have a solid payment history with many of my accounts.
I contacted the 800-344-5696 number as well and was informed by the agent this number is for customer service for exisiting account holders only.
Are there any other backdoor numbers for US Bank?

It has been changed presummably due to abuse. So, the only way you can get through that number is if you have a PIN# and the extension of the individual who is handling your case. So, if your issue really warrants an escalation to the EO that is not trivial or that can't be addressed though the standard channels, then the best method is to reach them via the EO email. Google provides this option.
