i CALLED A DIFFERENT NUMBER-.....800-437-0187.. their bank in Florida...lady looked up my application. Said it was still in processing and will hear something in a few weeks....no denial-no approval.....And no verification?

Applied about 2 weeks ago. Called yesterday and the lady told me that my decision was mailed on the 21th.

Did not got anything yet. I bet it was denied. :/

Did you go through the verification? Being declined after verification wouldn't make sense. Hopefully you weren't declined. I was told yesterday they had a rise in applications after the hurricane.

No verification at all. Just called again. Now a different csr told me that it still processing and it will take up to 30 days for a response. I guess the first one didn’t know what she was saying.

4 pm EST nobody answering the phone.  And no voicemail.

This is the number for the Aventura Branch which is the main office in Florida. It is just 10 minutes north where I live .. they haven't called me either so let see when it is my turn lol

I called two days ago....Lady said my decision was mailed to me on 9/4, which is the day I applied. She also stated my street name was missing a letter, which may cause a delay?????------I have recieved nothing in the mail. They did hit my credit file on 9/4 tho. So, I have no idea whats up with them.....

Curious as to what telephone number people are calling in on. The toll free number is probably a call center and the staff may be buried. When I was in contact, it was a305 number and the women had everything in front of her when I called. It was verification last Thursday the 21st, I thought the service, and attitude were above average.

Alright got an update. I applied for the middle card (the one that said you needed a 3k deposit for the secured version) got my new card in the mail. It looks like they automatically changed it to the entry level card and approved me for $2,500 which is strange because I called and asked for an app update yesterday and they said it’s still processing!!! Ex at the time of pull was 651(fluctuates between 651-659) think 8 hard pulls aaoa sitting at 2.4 years. Back to the garden I go!
