Lol..AJC, you're probably in the ball park. Definitely a conservative lender. Not kind to rebuilders. I like CCs a little off the beaten path. If it takes me a year. I'm going to get that Vantage West card next.

Thanks! Yeah, the excessive limits leaves me scratching my head! As for the Florida thing, maybe people slipped through before they tightened the requirements? Dunno. It's been so long I'd already written off being approved at this point.

I think the approval faucet was turned a quarter turn clockwise to off.
