Bank of America CLI - Call backdoor?

They pulled TU for CLI for me.

how soon can you request CLI with BOA?  when you get the card?

I was approved in April for $1000. Didn't ask for a CLI until October, went to $2500, my lowest CL at that time was $5000. I do bank with them. The CSR that called me was very nice, but asked a ton of questions. My CRs were frozen, so she got TU on the line and I gave him my pin.
