Here is my experience. I opened a Juniper Account with them in 2006. I let the account charge off in 2008 for $2.5k. The account was IIB which was discharged this past September 2013. I applied for their Rewards MasterCard in January and was instantly approved for a $2k credit line.

Thanks! This is the type of feedback I was looking for. I'm still on the fence!
I was conditionally approved but they wanted me to send in my social security card and a drivers license via regular mail. I called the number on the letter I got yesterday and it took me to their security department. I asked them if I could send my information via a more secure way fax, secure email, email but their answer was that it had to be sent via regular mail. Unfortunately I'm not risking my identity for a credit card. Would like to know if there is a number I could call other than the one on the letter to solve this issue.
Any advice is welcome.
Thanks

If I were going to do this, I would send via certified mail or FedEx so you have some tracking and don't have to worry about it getting lost in the mail.

So I took the plunge and applied for the Sallie Mae. Got the 10 day message. Called the backdoor number and it turns out it was just a security thing. Answered their questions and approved for 3k! Now I'm off to the garden until Dec/Jan!
Congrats on the approval, WTG
best of luck to you!!
