C1 CLI Denial

I was up my 6 month CLI on one of my cards and I received the following message with my denial : there was recently a returned payment on this account. I did have a small payment returned but as soon as I received that email I resubmitted the payment as I had submitted the payment from the wrong account. Also before the due date I paid the balance in full. Has anyone had experience with this? I was wondering how long I should wait before submitting for another CLI? Thanks!
