hmmm now, I just recieved 2 Auto SP CLI's for two different BofA cards a couple of days ago ?

Was the CA talking about the BoA Amex in particular??? I have their Cash Rewards and BetterBalance cards.. I'm just wondering why the CA said they don't give out SP CLI's lol

Not that they don't give out SP CLIs. She said they don't give out auto CLIs like some others do. All CLIs have to be initiated by the customer.

That's what I find a little odd, I got my CLIs and I did not intiate the request for any of them

And that's wrong. My card started out at $500 and went up to $2800 all on SP AUTO CLI's...I still have all the letters "Conrats, we have increased your available credit to...."

I finally requested one increase to where it stands now. YES they do AUTO cli's, no luv button, no request involved
