Oh wow! I got the Fairmont a few weeks ago for just the purpose of a possible PC. Great news! But presumably any acct PC'd wouldn't get any sign up bonuses/offers/promo rates right?

Correct unless Chase decided to offer a special promo to entice people to use their newly product changed card which I wouldn't put passed them. I would make sure you meet the minimum spend all this month are you may be SOL.
