That's fantastic! Would you mind telling what your limit was before the CLI and what kind of CapOne card you have?

 

I just recently got my first CapOne card (one of the Ventures). It came with a very generous opening CL, but I heard CapOne was stingy with CLIs, so I haven't been expecting it to grow much, if ever. But a $3,000 auto-CLI! Wow.

Capital One is evolving everyone watch out!! Hahha if they continue this I might as well add their Green cash back(Visa Signature or World MasterCard) card to my wish list!

I just got Cap1 Platinum Master card this week with limit of $500. I have heard everybody getting CLI increased to $750 and CLI goes into coma after that but your case seems to be different. Were you enrolled in their Credit steps program?. What was your usage like?.

I was enrolled in the credit steps program. In October I put $300 on the card for a trip. Every month since then I have used it once or twice for some purchase between $10-$70 and pay anywhere between $50-$100. I don't pif because of the 0% intro rate until June. I had a balance of $325 when I got the CLI.
