So I logged on to my cap1 account and chatted with credit specialist just seeing if he would give me a cli. But I had no luck. So then I sent a letter to the EO. I didn't think it would work, but he called me the next day asked me some questions told me he would get back to me. So I thought that was a no. I checked my account today 3xCLI. Cap1 you just found a place in my wallet. 
That is awesome. and I know what you mean if it was not for people here I would still be stuck with just a debt card 
. But I have the quicksilver card no annual fee. They bumped me from 500 to 1500 I could have asked for more but that is a good limit for me, seeing that I'm still in college. Now my discover it, quicksilver, and barclay card can all grow old together in my wallet.
Congrats all on the increases! I've had my Cap 1 Platinum since early Dec. (credit steps at $300) decided to take it and shut up. After reading through the forums and felt froggy so I jumped on the luv button and was slapped down. Called CSP and basically told to wait 6 mos. At the same time was typing a letter to the EO but after seeing CSP note for request the next day stating "the account was too new" I forgot it and decided to wait.
Over a week later got a call today from a nice guy from the EO office stating it was in regards to my cli requests for more, took additional info, ask if I'd take a lesser amt. (ask for 2k) and told me it was going to manual review and that he would call me back with a decision before weeks end. My basis was my income, increase scores and due to work travel, would like to book travel and then get company reimbursement instead of going through work and waiting and having them book.
Will wait patiently for the response but not looking for any luv so soon.

My Soncard just hit 7months, no signs of luv so i've emailed EO last week and they called back today. It's currently at $1k, asked for $4k....we'll see how it turns out at the end of the week!
