They are always soft pulls. The button will not work until it is 6 months from the exact date of your last credit limit increase. A few months before the date, use your card a lot and pif. I have a few different capital one cards. My quicksilver one went from 3k to 5k world MC no annual fee. The experian pull from a request prior was not a fico score but the exact tu fako i get from credit karma of 715.
