Capital One GM BuyPower World Elite MC Approved

I decided to give this one a shot and see what the outcome would be since this is a World Elite MC that has no annual fee.  I was instantly approved with a credit line of $7,500.  I have no idea of what the APR is and cannot yet log-in to access it.
