I think that is pretty much the kiss of death with Chase.
I saw a post in another section of the forum from someone who described how they'd tried no fewer than three times to recon a denial at Chase, only to hit a brick wall because of their 8-year-old BK even though everything else about their credit history/profile was in good order. Chase is hardline about BK and it's even worse if you burned them. So anyone in that position - including me - may as well forget about them and go somewhere else.
