Chase Freedom Pre-Approved then DENIED. UGH!

Tempted to app for the Slate...decisions decision.

Called in again for my 4th recon. The CSR mentioned that I've called in multiple times and didn't seem to want to be bothered. Didn't even review my file he just read the notes from the other CSRs. DENIED AGAIN.

Getting a bit discouraged here and trying to keep myself from applying for Slate out of frustration. I only have one bank card and a handful of store cards. I would really like to change it up a bit.

Apply for the barcay's rewards or NFL if you have a big itch to get in with another bank.  Your TU should get you approved depending on age of account.

The Barclay Rewards is super tempting but that late in July has me worried.

Actually it depends on the age of the file. Though the number of cards and types REALLY should be reversed... 7 Major CCs and 1 Store card.
