Chase Pre qualify Questions

So I'm reading that Chase is pretty solid with its pre qualification website.

Ive been reading that if you get a solid APR and not a range then you are pretty much good to go. Is that correct?   Do you have to click on the pricing and terms link under the respond now button to see the APR?  I'm seeing that all of the cards that come up for me have a single number and not a range for an APR when I click the pricing and terms link.  I just didnt know if anybody else had an APR on the initial screen instead of having to click on the link.

Thanks for the help.
