Sadly, while Chase auto-declines with a BK on your report, they don't do this before pulling your report. You may have a shot on recon if you have a VERY strong rebuild and did not burn them in your BK, however most of the datapoints show a minimum 2.5 years post-DC before approval (on recon)
Good Luck!
I have had what I would consider a pretty strong rebuild.
I tried for a Citi Advantage and a PRE-APPROVED FNBO card and I was shot down for both.
FNBO said to try after 3 years and from what I've heard CIti AA card should come around 5 years post discharge.

Chase: Based off the minimal data we have, 2.5 years post d/c seems to be about the earliest.
Chase auto declines w/ BK so will require recon and good rebuild.
Not so friendly if they were burned.

you can ask them to do a manual review. they will ask you questions and more than likely approve you. It worked for me TWICE! Good Luck
