Citi bank pre qualify

I have the double cash card at 19.24% pecent apr. which is high considering all my other card are at or one below the lowest apr. How is citi bank about lowering apr.

They are very good at lowering APR over the online chat. People do it a little at a time every day or every other day until they hit their floor.

WaveRider is correct. I had mine reduced from 20.99% to 14.99% using online chat. Got a reduction 5 days in a row to get it there
