Credit Limit increase

I contacted Victoria Secret for a client I have been a card holder for over 1 year and have not had a cli never been late and always pay on time,when I call today they tell me someone will be calling me back at the NUMBER LISTED IN THE CREDIT BUREAU!!!They have both my home and cell number on file WHY would they say this????is this just a run around????

It is likely that they wish to ensure they are speaking with the real you.....

I answered all verification questions that they asked me upon calling address,DOB,phone numbers etc......

Other than just adding a step and perhaps a little time to the process here, I'm not sure what the big deal is with respect to the verification that's going on.

Why didn't you ask for the CLI thru you online account ? Simple as pie

Exactly, I always apply online with them.  Easier than calling in.
