Scarlet-Yeah, From what the rep told me, I was originally approved for 2k and then he asked if I asked for a CL (and I said, been at work the entire day no chance to call) so apparently the computer auto bumped me. Right? Glad I got the limit I did.

Franklin- Yeah, but the UTIL is from this month, so I have no idea what my scores are this month. As soon as I found I'll post them. As long as I think you have a 710+ you should be okay. But for the SPG and BCE I would imagine them to want scores of 720+.
