Fresh Chapter 7 discharge, should I get a second rebuilder card?

So I just got discharged from chapter 7 bankruptcy and I'm starting to rebuild.  Bankruptcy was due to medical bills from the birth of triplets, but I did burn several credit cards that I maxed out trying to stay afloat before filing.

I have one secured Amex from USAA that I just got.  Should I try to get a second secured card to rebuild, or just send more money to USAA to increase my limit on this one?  It's currently at the minimum $250 and I figure I could send them $1000 a month for 5 months to increase the card limit to the maximum of $5000 if that would be more benefit than just bumping this one to $1000 and getting another secured card from another lender.

The other question I have about that pertains to where I should get a second card.  I know a lot of people recommend Navy Federal, but I burnt them in the bankruptcy so I'm blacklisted.  BOA and Wells Fargo both are recommended a lot, but not for fresh out of bankruptcy.  I'm just not sure who will approve at this stage.

I would go with Capital One . Go check their prequal site and check if you prequal for any of their cads. A day after my chap 7 was discharged i applied for cap one and was instantly approved for 2.5k on their platinum mastercard, i would go with them as they are great for rebuilding and it would not be a secured card , apply for their platinum mastercard even if you dont get any prequals i think you might have a good chance.

I like the Cap1 suggestion also. They are good for giving people a start on rebuilding or building credit.
