I've had my Paypal Extras MC for almost 6 months, and I've used it heavily and PIF every month after the statement cuts--and never more than 10% UTIL.
Well I work at a T.J. Maxx and our managers really hate when we go through a full day without getting a card app--it makes us look bad to the DM. We are a relatively small volume store, so most of our customers already have one, or don't want one.
Anyway, I was working tonight and we had a zero day, and I stupidly told my manager if we had a zero day still by the time we started recovering the store, I'd app. Well...I wound up apping.
I couldn't believe it when the register printed a temporary shopping pass for me. Seriously? I read it and my jaw dropped. They gave me the full platinum mastercard, not just the store label. With a $1,400 limit. I must really be doing something right. My Credit Karma FAKO is 704, and my Credit Sesame FAKO has me at 727, so I'm really interested to see which CRA they pulled and what my true FICO from them is.
Man, those rewards certificates coupled with my associate discount will be really nice for the holidays
