How to contact Capital 1 to reconsider CLI denial

I want to bring up my score and it would be helpful to have a CLI on these 2 cards. I recently asked and after SPs I was denied based on a January credit report. My score has gone up 70 points since then and I made large payments on both those cards in particular. My request was March 30th. Should I bother to point out they are looking at old info or just leave it?

I wouldn't call them to reconsider... Cap1 is really good about their CLIs... they pull new reports regularly. You can request a CLI every few days and eventually you will get a different response.

For example, I kept getting the message that my debt was too high, but despite this I kept trying. After about two weeks I was approved for a $1000 increase.
