Hyatt card app

Just put in a chase hyatt card app via the hyatt website and got a 30 day message/email. The best current practice with Chase still is to not call in and wait it out right? I'm going to probably go ahead and close out my marriott card since the AF is due in two weeks and maybe that will free up some additional credit.

Wait it out should be approved with the next few days or week.. I would personally avoid calling if you have more than 5x24 in the last two years although this isn't under the 5x24 rule, just another reason for them to possibly turn you down.  Best of luck, sure you will be approved with your strong profie.
