So what do you guys think citi diamond preferred???

For a basic credit card (low APR, decent BT offers) I would opt for BOA Better Balance Rewards. It is better that Citi Diamond Preferred because as long as you pay mores than minimum payment each month, you earn $25 CB per quarter (or $30 if you have another qualifying BOA account). That's free money for minimum effort.

CC's: AMEX (4), Alliant Visa, PenFed AMEX, Pen Fed Promise, Citi (3), Chase (5), US Bank Cash+, Huntington Voice, Nasa Plat Cash Visa, Barclay's Visa, Discover IT, Cap One QS, BOA (2), BMW Visa, 5/3 Real Life Rewards MC; FNBO Amex; Comenity Visa/MC (3), Ebates Visa Siggy, Nordstrom Visa, Walmart MC, Sam's Club MC; A few assorted store cards.

Current Scores (09/2017): EQ My Fico: 786; TU MyFico: 799; EX (My Fico): 797

Good straight forward answer..so do you have any suggestions to add??

Looking for a card with a high starting limit around 10k or more hopefully..
No annual fee.
Also 0% apr on purchases for over 12 months of possible...

Cards suggested already include but are not limited to: quicksilver, slate, boa,...
