Yep dap that is how it is. It is linked to your macys card...

+1

You can have up to 4 separate lines, the standard store account, AMEX and two deferred interest plans (Jewelry, Furniture, etc).

If it's not a previously reactivated deferred plan account, then it will reflect as a new account, therefore AAoA will have some impact.

When I called (not the BDN) I was told it would be a HP, but that it's not a new tradelikne, it's just in addition to your current CL but furniture/mattresses would be charged to this new CL and you'd have 0% for 24 mos. I could have hear the 24 mos wrong but she def said it would be a HP.  I'll try the BDN to see if there' any difference.

FICO: EQ 814 | TU 847 | EX ? (Started in the low 500's... you can do it!)

Amex BCE $25000, Amex AP $20000, SFFCU Visa $15000 + LOC $5000, USAA Amex $6000, USAA MC $7000, Cap1 $9500, Freedom $12000, Slate $500, Barclays "RIP" SM $11500, USBank Cash+ $12500, Citi Diamond $11200, Citi Double Cash $12000, Care Credit $13500k.

The BDN was a completely different convo.  I should have called them the last time I req a CLI (the reg CS line only gave me $300 to my line of $2500).  Anyway, just now they gave me $2500 for furniture, anything more they would have had to pull credit.  She said it's just additional credit to the same card, not a new account and so made it seem that there is no additional trade line.  I hope not as I didn't want to come out of the garden yet!  Although it's a good help to my UT, plus possibly a much needed new bedframe.  Smiley Wink

Credit Addict, so it was a new TL for you?

Furniture and Jewelry lines are very much different TL to store account and Amex account if you have it
