Most Up To Date Preapproval Sites?

Update: Turns out that opting back in to promotional offers didn't quite take, as yet. So, the preapprovals didn't work either. However, Capital One just wanted to verify documents, which I've read is their modus... so I complied; and got approved for a Venture with a SL of 30K! 

Also got approved for the Barclaycard Arrival Plus World Elite, with a lower limit. But, I will call them back and ask them to match lines, once the Venture 30K reports. - Does anyone have any data points as to how long Barclaycard likes to wait between increases?

Nevertheless, after an extended hiatus... I'm now right back in the game.

I was pre-approved for Amex and Disco through their websites.  And now BOA which I don't really care to apply for. Cap1 was lame in myc ase. Still telling me I may be prequalified for a dead end, useless secured card that I've already had for the past year. Congrats on having better luck. Lmfao.
