NFCU CLOC Denial help

Hey everyone! I applied for a Navy cash back card and cloc and received in review status for both. I have direct deposit with them but they requested poi for the cc I sent that in yesterday so waiting on response. I called about the cloc and was told I was denied (requested 15K). My scores are all 690-700 fico 08. I called to recon but she said I would have to reapply. Will they do a second hard pull to reapply on the phone? I'm planning on only asking for 1K and cli in a few months but don't want to risk another hp. Thanks for the help!

Knowing Navy, it will probably be another hard pull.

I don't think they'll do a second pull on d CLOC.. request $500 and it shouldn't be another pull... you can also wait 6 months and apply again.... mine got approved after trying for 6 consecutive months... good luck

How many hps did you get from trying that many times?

With CLOC I tried max $15000 no counter so I tried $500 the next day... just one pull for the same product ... but overall pull from navy?? lol I've never had so much hp in my life.... navy had me @20 pulls just on eq alone and maybe 20 also on TU... that's coz I'm very impatient... I asked for cli every month as well cli on CLOC .. which they pull each time

Always, always assume HPs from NFCU. They are HP crazy! And if you call and ask them, they will also tell you it's a HP.

There was only one time I didn't get a HP and that was during an AR request for a CLI, which was instant.

So I applied for a CLOC, 15k and they laughed at me. So then I went back and requested 3K. I was approved. Only 1HP. I reapplied within a few hours. Even the 3k went into review.
