New Accounts Question

Hello All!

In the last 5 months I was able to get the following cards:

Cash Forward - 2k

Venture 5k now 8k after CLI.

Disney Chase Visa - 500 now 1k after CLI

JetBlue Plus - 11k now 16k

Amex BCP - 2k

Blispay - 7k

Us Bank Visa Cash Back - 1k

I am done for a while however, the last card I want is the Citi thank you card. How long should I wait before giving it a shot! I don't want to get an Adverse Action letter for seeking out credit but I really really want the card.

Scores: Equifax 767

               Transunion 762

               Experian 740

               Utilitization 4%

Right now sounds like a good time

1 more card is not the end of the world

Citi is a good card to round out your profile

As long as you can hit the brakes and enter the garden if citi is a no go.

Re: New Accounts Question

What is the order you got those? Obviously I would imagine blispay is one of your last but I am just worried that many of those SLs were kind of low. What are your scores like and history overall? (On a bumper sticker please)

Keep in mind citi can be quite picky on new accounts depending on the profile.

Cash Forward I got in January.

Disney Visa I got in January

Amex and Blispay I got this month

Venture my 3rd statement just cut and got a CLI.
US BANK this month.
Scores I provided on my original post are from my fico. I pad for the 30 buck subscription.

No baddies. Credit profile around 4 years old.

Re: New Accounts Question

So did your approval limits start going down? That's what it seems.

Re: New Accounts Question

Well Chase was the only conservative one not sure why they started me at 500. Jet blue was one of the last ones and the approval was 11k. Blispay was the very last one and that was 7300.

Re: New Accounts Question

You didn't mention jet blue in the last post to me lol. But if you want it then sure. Go for it. Better to try and fail than not try

Lol.... Well no auto approval. Went into processing.... I'm pretty sure it will be declined due to too many new accounts.
